| For decades now His Holiness the Dalai Lama has given regular teachings in winter in Bodhgaya, the place where the Buddha attained enlightenment two and a half millenium ago. During these teachings tens of thousands of people attend, a colorful mix of Tibetans, Himalayan tribes, Indians, and foreigners from the world over. Despite the poor facilities they sit through days of teachings and stand in line for hours to get through security. |
